prior written consent of Rusli. However, you may print extracts from the Website

والتطبيق أو تنزيلها إلى قرصٍ صلب أو إلى جهاز تخزين آخر لاستخدامك الشخصي أو
للاستخدام الداخلي لنشاطٍ تجاريٍّ. ولكن يحظر قطعيًا استخدام المحتوى الموجود
على الموقع على أي نحوٍّ آخر ويشمل ذلك إعادة إنتاجه أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو بثه

4-Registration:
There
are two types of users of the website and application, which are:
"clients with Erselly accounts" and "clients without
accounts". Although registration and creation of an account is not
required, registration will give you the ability to access additional
functions available on the website and application. In order to become a
registered “Customer with Erselly Account”, you (or your company if your
registration on the Website and Application is done on behalf of the company
for which you work (the “Company”)) must complete the registration process
with Erselly. If you are registering on the Site on behalf of the company you
work for (the “Company”), the company must have an existing account with
Erselly (such as a warehousing or merchant shipping business account, and you
may be asked to confirm your company account number). Once Erselly receives
your application, you will receive an email and application confirming that
your application has been accepted. You must click the link in this email and
application to activate the registration. Erselly reserves the right to
refuse any registration application of its own volition.
By
completing the registration process on behalf of your Company, you warrant
that you have the power to bind your Company, and that you will ensure that
any other Company employee using the Website and Application complies with
these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to the
terms of any contract you enter into with Erselly in connection with your
account.
You must
log in with your username and password. You must make sure to keep your
password secure and confidential and not disclose it to anyone else. You
acknowledge that you are fully responsible for the password, and that you
must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of it or of any other
security breach related to your account. You acknowledge and agree that
Erselly shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from fraudulent
use of your password and release Erselly from all claims arising from the
unauthorized use of your password.
You
acknowledge that Erselly has no responsibility whatsoever for ensuring that
any information relating to you or your company is current, complete or
accurate, and you agree that you will monitor and update any such
information. You or Erselly may terminate your registration at any time and
for any reason without written notice. Once your registration has been
terminated by Erselly, you will not be able to access any portion of the
Website and Application designated for registered users without the prior
consent of Erselly.
If you
use the Website and App to request that Erselly perform a task on your
behalf, we will send an email to the address you provide during the
registration process to confirm we have received your request. Although
Erselly makes every effort to ensure that the services offered on the Website
and Application are as reliable as possible, the nature of the Internet means
that we cannot be held responsible for requests for which we have not
confirmed to you that we have received.

All
prices on the Website and App are accurate to the best of Erselly's knowledge
at the time of printing, but the Website and App may include inaccuracies or
inadvertent typographical errors which will be corrected by Erselly when
discovered.
Also,
all prices shown are subject to change at any time without notice. The
information on the Website and Application may be updated regularly; Hence,
some inaccuracies may occur during this process.
Erselly
reserves the right at any time to charge a fee for access to certain parts of
the Website and App, but in any event you will only be charged for such
access after you have obtained your prior consent to pay.
You
acknowledge and agree that any price or duration estimate displayed by the
Price Calculator, Transit Time Estimator, or other similar tool on the
Website and the App for the purpose of estimating the price or duration is an
estimate only and may differ from actual rates or durations for local
transportation or International for any shipments assigned to Erselly, which
may be due to a number of reasons including but not limited to the actual
dimensions of the shipments, local fees and any unexpected delays in
shipment.

6-Submitted
Material:
-You may
submit materials through the Website, but the following is required:
You warrant that all rights in any
Submissions (including all intellectual property rights) are owned by or
controlled by you, and that Submissions are in compliance with the Terms of

You grant to Erselly a non-exclusive,
perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free and fully transferable license to use,
reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, display and create
derivative works from the Submitted Material anywhere in the world.
You acknowledge that there is no
obligation of confidentiality with respect to the materials submitted.
-You may
not upload, distribute or otherwise publish any Content on the Site that:
Violation of any third party rights,
including intellectual property rights.
Breach of any applicable local, national
or international law or legislation or these terms of use.
Is fraudulent or has a fraudulent purpose
or effect.
Contrary to public policy and/or recognized
ethical standards, including but not limited to:

You agree to indemnify and hold
Erselly and its affiliates and their respective officers, directors,
employees, agents and representatives harmless against any and all claims,
losses, liabilities, expenses, damages and costs (including reasonable legal
fees) arising or directly arising from or indirectly for any breach by you of
any of these Terms of Use or of any activity you undertake in connection with
the Website and the Application. Erselly reserves the right, but has no
obligation, to pay damages solely and at its own expense in any matter for
which you are indemnified. In such cases, you agree to cooperate fully with
Erselly in the defense of this matter.

of any kind, express or implied. Erselly makes no warranties or representations
regarding the use or results of use of the Website and Application or Linked
Websites and Application in terms of their correctness, accuracy, timeliness,
reliability or otherwise. Erselly is not responsible for any errors or
incorrect statements and shall not be liable, in contract, tort (including
negligence) or otherwise for any loss or damage howsoever caused (including
direct, indirect, consequential, special, or profit loss). You release
Erselly from all claims arising from any statement or statement on the
Website and Application. Your sole and comprehensive remedy for any of the
foregoing or any dispute with Erselly or its affiliates or any of their
officers, directors, employees, shareholders or agents is to stop using the
Site. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Erselly disclaims
all liability and responsibility relating to the Website and the Application
and disclaims all express and implied warranties including but not limited to

استخدام الموقع. تتبرأ ارسلي إلى أقصى حد يجيزه القانون المعمول به من جميع

عن جميع الضمانات الصريحة والضمنية التي تشمل على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الضمانات
الضمنية المتعلقة بالقابلية للبيع والملاءمة لغرض معين. لا تضمن ارسلي عدم
انقطاع الخدمات التي يشملها الموقع الإلكتروني والتطبيق أو خلوها من الأخطاء أو
تصحيح العيوب أو خلو الموقع الإلكتروني والتطبيق أو الخادم الذي يقدم الموقع
الإلكتروني والتطبيق من الفيروسات أو العناصر الضارة الأخرى. تلتزم إلى أقصى حد
يجيزه القانون بتعويض ارسلي ومسؤوليها وموظفيها عن كل التكاليف والمصاريف
والتعويضات المُتكبَّدَة فيما يتعلق بأي دعوى يقيمها الغير ضد ارسلي تكون ناشئة
عن أي إخلال من جانبك بأي من شروط الاستخدام الماثلة. إنك تقر بأن تحديد مسؤولية
ارسلي والتبرؤ منها وأن تعويضك لها ينسحب أيضًا على جميع التابعين لارسلي بمن
فيهم أي شركة أُمٍّ أو شركة تابعة

مرتجع لاي شحنه في اي مرحلة من مراحل الشحن على مستخدم التطبيق ان يلتزم بشروط
والاحكام التي تضعها كل شركة من الشركات الي تتعامل معها شركة ارسلي والتي تمت
الاتفاق والموافقة عليها مسبقا وبمجرد تعامل المستخدم مع التطبيق او الموقع فان
ذلك بمثابة موافقه منه على اتباع تلك الشروط والاحكام كما انه على المستخدم
الالتزام بالقوانين والتعليمات وطرق الدفع التي تطبقها الحكومة المصرية
