سياسة الاسترجاع النقدي والغاء طلب الشحن

يحق للعميل الغاء طلب الشحن قبل 24 ساعة من ميعاد تسليمه لمندوب الشحن و عندها يحق للعميل استرداد المبلغ المدفوع كامل غير ذلك يكون من حق الشركة المبلغ كامل مقابل تقديم خدمتها

وفي حالة اتمام عملية الألغاء يتم تحويل المبلغ للعميل بنفس الطريقة التي قام بالدفع من خلالها وهذا يستغرق 14 يوم عمل وفقا لقوانين البنك المركزي او يتم تحويل المبلغ لمحفظة العميل الموجودة في حسابه الشخصلي في ارسللي

في حالة قيام العميل بالدفع عن طريق فوري يتم استرجاع المبلغ المدفوع عن طريق كود من فوري مدة صلاحيتة 72 ساعة علي الاكثر ويستطيع العميل استرداد المبلغ من اي ماكينة لفوري او اى فرع من فروع فوري بلس . وفى حال انقضاء صلاحية الكود المرسل بدون إسترجاع العميل للقيمة المرجعه لة يستطيع التواصل مع الشركه لتحويلها  كرصيد له لدى إرسللى يستطيع إستخدامه لاحقا

Refund and order cancellation policy

The customer has the right to cancel the shipment request 24 hours before the date of its delivery to the shipping representative, and then the customer has the right to recover the full amount paid. Otherwise, the company has the right to the full amount in return for providing its service

In the event that the cancellation process is completed, the amount is transferred to the customer in the same way that he made the payment, and this takes 14 working days according to the laws of the Central Bank, or the amount is transferred to the customer’s wallet in his personal account in Erselly.

In the event that the customer pays via Fawry, the amount paid will be refunded via a Fawry code, the validity period of which is 72 hours at most, and the customer can recover the amount from any Fawry machine or any Fawry Plus branch. In the event that the sent code expires without the customer returning the value back to him, he can contact the company to transfer it as a credit to him with Erselly, which he can use later
